A four meter long table made for the first event of the One part chef/ Four part design series that took place at the V&A in February 2010.
Based on the formal language started with the Mr. light series this design develops further on the theme of contrast and balance between the materials, steel tube and solid wood, an structural research into how they could be combined and assembled together.
